  • Remove your buttons before sending your garment for dry cleaning
  • Keep all your buttons stored separately in the fabric pouch/ box provided
  • When cleaning your buttons use a soft cloth, mild detergent and a few drops of warm water
  • Follow the grain of the metal to avoid any scratches
  • Sterling silver can be cleaned in a mild soapy water mixture and a SOFT toothbrush
  • Never use paper towels or tissues to dry your buttons as they contain fibers that can scratch
  • Sterling Silver items can also be cleaned using a specialist Silver cleaner
  • Send us back your buttons for refurbishing at no charge in the first year of purchase and at a nominal cost thereafter
