We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, please read our terms below to understand whether you can exchange or return a product once bought.

Your purchase is always eligible for size exchange if :

  • We have the available size in stock. If we are out of stock on the size you need, but it is possible to make you a new piece, we will go the extra mile and do so for you.  So rest assured, we will strive to get you the right fit.  
  • Due to limited inventories, in case we are in a rare situation unable to give you the replacement piece in the new size requested by you, we would credit the amount for the returned piece in your wallet as a store credit and this could be utilized in any future purchase you make with us.

Your purchase is eligible for a return if :

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email or you have received a product different from what was described under the content you read online while making your purchase decision.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
  • If you received a product that was damaged in transit. Kindly retain an image of the damaged outer packaging before you open the product and send this to us.

How to process your return / exchange :

  • You have three (3) days from the date of receipt of your purchase to intimate us about a return or exchange. Write to us at with a copy to or call us at 8448719422 and 9810028572.
  • Please check the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products at the end of the policy. We may update this list from time to time.
  • We request you to courier back the piece to us as per the address indicated by our team 
  • Once we receive the piece, we would initiate shipping of the alternate size / replacement of the piece to you.
  • We would issue a credit note only in certain cases of returns with amount of the products purchased from our website.
  • The credit note would be for the base price of the product and would exclude shipping charges levied and any online transaction charges such as debit or credit card commissions where applicable. Credit note would be valid until the end of the financial year.
  • All items must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return/exchange.
  • Our Quality Check team retains the discretion to determine and conclude whether the piece has been returned intact and in unused condition.
  • The shipping cost of the return would need to be borne by you and we will bear the shipping cost of the replacement piece being sent back to you. 

Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email. 

We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Lists of Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products -

  • Home & Accessories, including cushions, table linen, Pillow cover, jewelry, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
  • Custom made products / Made to Measure / Bespoke Orders specially manufactured on your request
  • Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouses.
  • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by the customer.
  • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by the brand.

All our pieces undergo a stringent quality-checking process. If we find something is not good enough to deliver to you we would be duty-bound to cancel your order and refund the entire amount including any additional charges that may have been deducted from us. We try our best to ensure this is not a frequent occurrence but it may happen once in a while and we request your understanding
