Where can we buy Rajesh Pratap Singh collections ?

You can visit one of our stores in Delhi and Mumbai or visit the website and see the range.  We are also present with stockists in India and Internationally.  This information is available under the Stockists section.

How many days will it take for my order to be shipped ?

We usually ship within 10-15 days.  Should one or several items of your order be out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule.

How do I track my order?

Guest Users:

Enter your order number and email/phone number in the Track Your Order option available at the footer of the website

Registered Customers:

  1. Log on to our website with your registered email Id
  2. Click on your profile and go to My Orders and the details will be there

How can I pay my Bill online ?

You can pay your Rajesh Pratap Singh bill online conveniently and securely via RazorPay platform, which supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UPI. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, or any other form of payment.

Where is my order processed from?

Orders are processed both from our warehouse in Faridabad, India as well as our retail stores in Delhi and Mumbai. 

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Drop us an email for any delivery request that is not as per our website timelines and we will try our best to accommodate.

If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?

The system recognises each order as unique and unfortunately combining is not possible once two separate orders are placed.

Can I change/ cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. Just send us an email on online@rajeshpratapsingh.com and we will process a refund within the next 24-48 hours.

However, if you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours we can only offer a store credit instead of a refund. These can be redeemed within 6 months on your next purchase from the website. These credits are only valid on this website and not applicable on any other website offering Rajesh Pratap Singh products.

What is your return policy?

If the item doesn’t fit you, we will exchange it for an alternate size.  We accept returns for any genuine defects in the piece caused due to damage in transit and will replace it with another piece of the same style once this is brought to our notice which should be within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.  If for some reason we are unable to provide you with the same style due to unavailability, we would credit the amount in your wallet which can be utilised for any future purchase on the website.

The exchange of size as well as store credit is only applicable if the product is received in pristine condition 

Unused and with Tags intact, in Original Packaging.

 By when can I expect my store credits?

Once your product is received back at the warehouse, we will check if the piece is in its original condition and packaging. The store credit will appear within 3-4 working days of our receiving the product back intact.

Do you offer Cash On Delivery?

Yes we do take orders on COD but it is for domestic orders only and there is a charge of Rs 500 for each COD order.

Do you charge shipping on your products?

Free shipping applies on all domestic orders above INR 15000 in value and above USD 350 for International orders.  Below that threshold there is a shipping charge of INR 350 within India and USD 30 for overseas deliveries. Shipping cost will be added at check out over the final order. You can proceed for payment after the full cost of your order is calculated.

 

Do you accept orders online for International delivery?

Orders can be placed from international destinations so yes, we do accept orders for international delivery. Users logging in from India would not have the option for an international delivery.

What is your return policy for international orders?

We are unable to offer returns on international orders currently.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Our logistic partners will connect with you prior to your delivery via mentioned email or phone number. In case you miss your delivery and the piece is received back at the studio someone from our logistics will connect with you before re-initiating the process.

Choose the Bespoke option under sizing and we will connect with you.  We would be happy to do an order in your size.

Will you be offering more sizes?

Yes we offer customisation and you can select the Bespoke option under sizing and we will get back to you.

Do you offer gift wrapping ?

Yes we do. There is an option to add the same during checkout.
